about sharing

hello guys what you think about sharing for example paided model ? random person buy model and then want share with others its bad or rude? not all can have some things stored in internet.all know sharing is caring also internet is created to share photos videos etc... why some authors being mad when discover someone share thier models or motions when they sometimes gave them to others but under release video they say" comission not for sale"and after some days u can saw this motions or model in users who shouldnt have them...i meet this type action.i ask someone about motion but under videos of this motion is "comission not for sale" but after few days i saw this motion on 5 other persons. someone must be comssioner but 5 persons have this .so they have this motion from share..

That's bad, share for free or even resell it. It happens for paid contents as long as it's copyable, and it's hard to prevent. People don't care, less respect less good author. This a reason why good works disappearing, it could be better, when it get worse and worse, some people will complain and maybe do something good.

at least for me is very simple, if its a big f*cking company that is making millions every year then go ahead, you pirating their stuff is not going to make them go out of bussines.
but in smaller and niche creators like the ones that make motions for MMD its different because in most cases the creators do it not only for the money but also beacause they have a passion for it, they are not making crazy amounts of money off their work.

sometimes its just a bit of a pain in the ass when models of videos that you really want are behind the pay, but at the same time if I was the one who put effort and time creating a model/motion or whaterver I would hate so see it get ripped off just like that. Someone paid for it once and now all your work is just out there on the internet, that would suck.

I think the best way to kill your favorite content creator is to redistribute their paid content.
I have also downloaded paid content for free (I am not proud) but sometimes the only way to access that content is for free since it is not easy to pay between countries.
But I guess it can't be helped.

I would say that the ideal is that if you got paid content for free, do not redistribute it for free, instead put links to the original content.

I think...

For MMD models that are distributed (or sold) for a fee by purchase method, there is no objection to the creator who created the model from scratch with Blender etc. to receive a fair price.

Motions that were originally created through commissions were used for works that were paid for by creators (or groups) who had "personal exchanges" such as teaching techniques in the past. I don't think there is any problem with "sharing motion etc." They interact in their own communities, and some of them are old-fashioned people who were active in 2ch dedicated threads before the culture of MMD was born (Before MMD was born, Tech Arts 3D was a Japanese adult. The main activity base was a thread to publish and share the MOD of the game "3D Custom Girl" that was sold by the game brand for the past.)

However, if those motions leaked due to some mistake, it is also a fact that the search for the criminal begins to suspect each other and "someone in this member leaked to the outside", which is very sad. think
